I was laid off last year and ever since have been working from home for 2 of our businesses. 1st I’m a virtual assistant & 2nd we own a mobile car wash & I do all the office work, cust. svc. & meetings w/ local pet shelters to set up affiliate programs so we get our name out there & we can sponsor homeless dogs at the same time. My husband HATES that I work from home even though I bring in a good $1400 a month at least to pay the bills. We fight constantly about it b/c he thinks I need to get a “real” job when I have a real job!! Well today after a fight about it last night one of his friends calls me w/ a job offer working 40 hours a week doing cust. svc. for a place that sells puppies online! Again I HAVE A REAL JOB 2nd I’m against breeders for the most part since most of the abandoned animals I have fostered were breeder returns. I’m furious but he denies that he knew anything about it but is now pissed that I don’t want to take the job saying I’m just being lazy! I am so heated but also so upset that I don’t know what to do. I feel like I constantly have to defend my position & I have to defend my rights to question him every time he blows money we don’t have. He says since I dont work he can spend it however he likes. WHAT DO I DO ?? PLEASE HELP?!
