I am 31, having worked over the years in boring office jobs. I’ve waited tables, tried retail, and even had a brief time as a coordinator. My passion has always been with travel. I love to explore, to go on any adventure. I love to get lost in the world. I enjoy being in nature, recently having gone mountaineering in Nepal. I enjoy rock climbing, but most of all travel. I have even contacted adventure travel companies to be a guide. Yet, they say that I don’t have enough experience in the country, or need to be from the country. I have studied languages since I was little. Spanish is still good. Can anyone suggest a way to make money and do it with travel, eg. travel guide.

Here where we live, there is tons and tons of “Mexican Food” and “Tex Mex” places. My mom wants to sell the reall deal, Posole style Guadalajara, Birria de borrego,baca,pollo, Tortas, Tamales, Mole de chocolate. ect…. trust me..I have eaten at some of the places here..and My MOMS IS THE BEST! I’m not kidding about this, other friends and everything that supposed they eat Mexican food, they dont even know what all this dishes mean, and when they eat my Mom’s food there like addicts and they dont whant to leave my house! literally! anyway…is there a starting guide or is there a way I can start?
